Foam Roller Mobility Series

Here is one of my favorite ways to reduce tension in the upper body.

All you need is a foam roller, or a few rolled up towels.

Take your time, breathe, focus on moving smoothly and slowly.

I bet when you get up, you’ll feel a little less tens and move with a greater ease.

This sequence is best done in the morning, in the evening, or as a warm-up before activity.
