Ways to work together
If you’re ready to go beyond the resources and work on your specific situation, here’s how we can work together.
Comprehensive Movement Exam
Where everything starts. An in-depth assessment that gives you a clear picture of exactly what your body is doing and why. Most people leave not just being told what’s happening, but actually feeling it.
Physical Therapy Sessions
n-person follow-up sessions combining hands-on manual therapy, exercise, and education. For those who want a traditional treatment path after their initial examination, with a clinician who looks at the whole picture.
Asynchronous Coaching
Monthly movement programming built around your specific situation, updated based on your feedback, life constraints and response. For people who want to ensure maximum progress without the scheduling demands of regular clinic visits.
Manual Therapy
Two kinds of sessions. One focused on a specific area that needs attention. The other a dedicated hour of hands-on work and breathwork for people whose tension never quite lets go, and who are ready to finally feel what that’s like.
Why I do this work
Cody Weisbach, physical therapist
For the past 18 years I’ve worked as a physical therapist helping people get their bodies back. I expected the goal to be simple, help clients recover from surgery or injury.
But over time I noticed something different.
Many people weren’t truly injured anymore. They were living in the space between fine and flared-up. Strong. Active. Careful. Always managing, never fully trusting their body again.
They came in for help with the flare-up. But the real work became changing the pattern. First restoring balance so the body could settle. Then rebuilding resilience so it could handle life again.
That’s what this work is about. And it’s what I write about every week in Rebalance // Rebuild.
